We are a technology and data-driven engineering design firm headquartered in Nampa, Idaho. Our firm works with clients across the United States to combat the affordable housing crisis by reimagining construction with world-class innovation. We define success by constructability and achieve it through highly coordinated BIM models and a carefully executed quality control plan.

Currently looking for a part-time Paralegal who specializes in the field of contracts. You will be responsible for performing various contract functions related to the architecture and engineering (AE) industries.

This is a part-time (10-15 hours per week) in-office position in Boise, Idaho.

Essential functions:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand contract requirements and implications.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex contractual challenges.
  • Assist in preparing redlines and revisions to contracts based on feedback from parties involved in negotiations.
  • Communicate with external parties to address inquiries and negotiate contract terms.
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with AE industry standards.
  • Ability to understand general business operations, concepts, issues, and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues.


Requirements

  • Paralegal degree or certification; bachelor’s degree in business or law preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract review or a similar role.
  • Minimum 10-15 hours per week remote/hybrid Nampa area; potential full-time employment in the future.
