Position: Resident Services Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati.
Work Schedule: Thursday 4-8; Friday 4-8; Saturday 12-8 

Compensation: $17-$19 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:  

• Welcome residents and guests
• Receive and deliver packages
• Manage incoming calls and messages
• Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Ensure lobby area cleanliness

We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of relevant experience 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
• Can lift or move up to 50 lbs 
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
