The Partner Success Specialist will contribute to world-class partner technical enablement and support at scale for a variety of Kahua partner types. This will enable partners to sell, implement and support Kahua-centric solutions independently, professionally, quickly, and profitably while creating customers who are raving fans. The role will ensure partners receive ongoing attention, solution support and skills development required to profitably grow the portion of their business associated with Kahua and delight customers with Kahua-centric solutions. The role will coordinate the creation and launch of revenue-generating partner-built solutions or services to drive rapid, scalable growth in the partner channel. The goal is to help partners and Kahua provide new solutions that meet clear market needs for Kahua and partners to sell, implement, and support quickly and profitably, at scale. The role will strive to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for partners and help them establish predictable growth paths for their business around Kahua.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide partner resources through Kahua’s documented partner onboarding program that supports needs for various partner types, and update documented onboarding program as needed
Guide partner resources through Kahua’s partner application development, testing, and release process, including technical advisory support, ongoing management and reporting – update documented process as needed
Assist in the launch of revenue-generating solutions consisting of partner-built software and/or services to drive rapid growth in partner channel at scale
Serve as partner advocate for platform & application development requests and support cases from partners. Provide regular reporting on status, trends, and metrics
Contribute to strategies that help Kahua accelerate business growth with partners
Help make partner success core to everything we do at Kahua
Build, nurture, and leverage relationships cross-functionally within Kahua, and with Partners and Customers.
Seek out ways to optimize the partner experience with Kahua
Help improve ongoing partner communications
Proactively gather and share partner feedback with Kahua’s Management Team
Proactively gather and share feedback from Kahua cross-functional teams about Partner performance and Partner solutions.
Help create and manage partner resource and documentation library; ensure resources are easily accessible, accurate and kept up to date
Become an expert with Kahua’s tools and processes that affect our partners
Assist with measurement of our training effectiveness
Problem-solve existing challenges and anticipate potential future issues – recommend and implement solutions.
Identify opportunities for continuously improving our partner and customer experiences with Kahua and communicate those opportunities for improvement to leaders on the Kahua Partner Team.

Experience Required
Experience with modern technology and software
Experience in Customer or Partner facing roles
Experience in process creation, documentation and improvement
Experience building and maintaining relationships
Experience managing concurrent projects including client-facing communication, presentation, or interaction
Experience in the consulting, construction or real estate industry preferred

Education/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or architecture
Proficiency using the following software: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
