Pipefitter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in and around Temple,TX.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $40/hour based on experience & skill level.   If you are a Pipefitter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Layout, install, & assemble steel/copper piping systems according to specifications & blueprints
• Working on Chillers and Boilers
• Perform & complete threaded, welded, & flanged pipe fittings
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques including FCAW, flux-core, arc welding, etc.
• Calculate measurements & dimensions for pipefitting
• Conduct inspections of piping systems to identify leaks or malfunctions
• Use tools such as calipers & gauges to ensure precise measurements
• Collaborate with HVAC Techs to install & maintain heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems 
• Troubleshoot issues with existing piping systems & make necessary repairs
  
• Follow safety protocols to maintain safe working environment
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• • Heavy Welding Experience
  • Experience working with Chillers, Boilers, and Large HVAC Equipment
