ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Plant Manager to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As Plant Manager at the Henderson Headquarters Operations Site, you will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards while owning and enhancing lean methodologies across ANA plants.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, efficiency, and profitability of the manufacturing plant. You will lead a team of employees and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations.
This role is fully on-site, and the work schedule is typically weekdays from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm and reports to the Director of Operations.
$90,000 - $100,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $90,000 – 100,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a of factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
