Pool Attendant- Seasonal

Towne Properties is hiring a Seasonal Pool Attendant to help keep our community pool safe, clean, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and interacting with people, this is the perfect summer job for you!

Location: Madison House Condominiums – Cincinnati, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10am-6pm (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

*This is a seasonal position working the months of mid-May through August 31st. Towne Properties will provide the training needed to perform this job.

Who You Are:

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety techniques; Lifeguard certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies
• Meticulous with strong multitasking abilities
• Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening if offered the position

What You'll Do:

• Oversee pool activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area. 
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests.
• Carry heavy objects, such as rescue equipment and pool maintenance supplies.
• Open and close the pool.
