Pritchard Industries is seeking to hire a Post Construction Cleanup Manager. This manager will oversee multiple cleaning crews, ensuring that all post-construction cleanup projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Manager will be responsible for crew scheduling, overseeing the daily operations, maintaining quality control, and driving sales efforts to expand the business. This position requires a leader who is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Crew Management & Scheduling:
- Supervise and manage multiple post-construction cleanup crews, ensuring proper training, performance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for crews based on project timelines and customer requirements.
- Monitor crew performance and provide coaching, feedback, and problem-solving support to ensure the highest level of work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleanup teams, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all post-construction cleanup tasks.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify work meets the companyοΏ½s standards and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, crew hours, and equipment usage.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and actively sell post-construction cleanup services to potential clients, including general contractors, construction firms, and property managers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to expand the companyοΏ½s presence in the industry.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to post-construction cleanup projects.
- Provide clients with accurate and timely updates regarding the status of projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in a professional manner, in accordance with contractual agreements, and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in post-construction cleanup or a related field.
- Proven experience managing teams, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of post-construction cleanup processes and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driverοΏ½s license and reliable transportation.
