The U.S. Construction Trade Sourcing team at Micron is responsible for developing and delivering sourcing strategies that support the company’s large‑scale capital construction programs. The team works closely with internal collaborators and strategic trade contractors. They ensure reliable workforce capacity, competitive costs, and resilient supply for Micron’s U.S. manufacturing expansion projects.

As a Principal Category Supplier Manager for Construction Trades Sourcing, you will conduct strategic sourcing initiatives. You will plan and complete sophisticated multi-site negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmarking, and cost management on a portfolio scale. Through management of the category strategy, you will also be building positive relationships with colleagues across the organization, driving outstanding cost, supply and resilience. Leading the Micron Alliance Program (MAP), you will segment suppliers by tier, field, and location. You will identify preferred tier-1 suppliers and build master and frame agreements. You will implement performance governance and be responsible for engagement to ensure reliable capacity, quality execution, and driven costs for mega fab programs and major projects.
