WPI Product Support Representatives are professional support representatives possessing an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products, services, and support programs. The PSR should be positive, professional, and promote WPI. The PSR will be assigned a territory and/or accounts and is expected to contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
- Fully utilize WPI’s Customer Resource Management system
- Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.
- Seek out new customers and opportunities
- Attend training when available from Manufacture's and WPI.
- Research Parts and meet vendors for quotes for customers as needed
- Provide product leads and communications with unit sales representative.
- Stay up to date on new product support offerings made available by WPI's Manufacture's and WPI.
- Quote customers parts and service jobs as required coordinating with parts and services .
- Manage Customer accounts and Service Agreements.
- Make customer site visits for obtaining information for quoting PM Agreements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
- Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m.
- Office –Indoor/Outdoor Work
- Hours are flexible as the job requires.
