We are seeking an intelligent, energetic candidate for a full-time Production Associate position in our Harleyville, SC facility.
The ideal candidate for this position has outstanding people and problem-solving skills, thinks innovatively, and constantly strives for excellence and improvement.
Responsibilities:
· Package and stack finished manufactured product
· Clean and maintain work area
· Communicate with Lead Operator
· Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
· Move waste from assembly line to dumpsters
· Operate within standard operating procedures
· Quality control – ensure that no damaged product is sent out and no damaged raw material accepted in
· Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
· Stage finished product for loading
· Assist in other areas as needed
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
· Ability to operate a forklift, or commitment to learn
· Quick learner, team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Detail oriented and quality minded
· Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
· Have a passion for excellence – do great work
· Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus
· Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical exam, and drug screen
