As a Pool Care Specialist, you will maintain and service high-end residential pools, ensuring sparkling clean water and top-notch customer satisfaction. Whether you're an experienced technician or eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine pool cleaning, including vacuuming, skimming, and chemical testing.
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment, such as pumps and filters.
• Interact professionally with clients to address questions and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with team leads.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record - 3 yrs. min. licensed driving experience required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Customer service skills and a positive attitude.
