This role will assist and support the Project Controls function with the purpose of gaining knowledge and exposure to project controls activities.
• Learn the cost and/or scheduling terminology
• Learn and understand the principles of a Work Breakdown Structure
• Collet data, input updates, and produce reports
• Introduction to Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis
o Assist with Pre/Post Financial reviews
o Assist with MPD Reporting
• Introduction to Estimating & Rate development
o Help index/File historical estimates
• Introduction to Project Forecasting
• Introduction to Functional Groups
• Prepare and Present what they learned to US Operations Management team• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (1) year; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• Current student enrolled in College degree program pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Finance, Accounting or applicable related degree.
