Position Summary The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assistance for the project managers. With the primary focus being on coordinating and maintaining documentation, organization, and communication to achieve job start compliance with sub-contractors and vendors.
Responsibilities
Create and manage files and records for both company and projects affiliate for company as directed.
Pre-Construction setup
Lien Wavers
Invoicing
Change Orders
Closeout Documents
Administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
1 year of retail and restaurant fit up or other relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Procore knowledge preferable
Experience with Microsoft Suite preferable.
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about office.Β Some physical effort required.Β Must be able to lift up to 10 lb.Β Must be able to sit at computer for extended lengths of time.Β Must be able to meet attendance requirements of small office.
