As a project coordinator your job is to be the liaison between our field crews and our customers. What this means, is our customers come to you for everything. You then coordinate the correction actions to ensure happy customers. You will field calls for fixes that need to happen, additional work requested, areas needing to be cleaned etc. You will be the eyes and ears on the job site to make sure we are staying on top of promised to the customer.
Some of these tasks include:
Walking the jobsite daily to document before and after conditions
Ensuring the jobsite is kept clean and neat through out the day
Answering customer calls/returning calls timely
Completing change order requests when additional work is requested to be completed
Communicating with the office when additional man power is needed
Communication with the office with additional materials are needed
Keeping up with the overall project schedule
Pre-Jobsite and Post-Jobsite walks with customers
Utilizing company cam to document with photo's
Daily Reports
Daily Job Hazard Assessments
Daily Injury report
Weekly tool box topics
Supervising general safety on the project
Requirements
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate
and develop a team of production workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficient on a computer and willing to learn new software.
