Job Summary
PRG is seeking an organized expert for our RELO E2E Project Coordinator role.Ā
Key Responsibilities
Office Responsibilities:
Ingest all schedule updates from city departments/utilities into trackers (the schedule changes constantly, so communications are required with the city).
Flag impactful changes from the city/utilities schedules that may put our construction schedule or network at risk.
When necessary, present our case to the city/utilities to receive schedule relief.
Coordinate with other utilities to determine construction schedule (even if outside of city schedules)
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-year experience in reporting and analytics
GIS capability to open, interpret, and analyze KMZ/KML files
Preferred college degree
Skills and abilities:Ā
Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs
Strong background in data analytics
Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing
Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands
Work Environment
The role will require walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment.
PRG offers the following perks and compensation:
$26 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
Mileage reimbursement for vehicle use.
