Job Summary

PRG is seeking an organized expert for our RELO Intake Coordinator role.Ā 

Key Responsibilities
Office Responsibilities:

  • Intake emails from utilities and determine if there is a potential conflict with the network.

  • Maintain Smartsheet & appropriate trackers up to date.

  • Follow up with city municipalities regarding permitting issues.

  • Create & maintain metrics for dissemination by leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-year experience in reporting and analytics

  • GIS capability to open, interpret, and analyze KMZ/KML files

  • Preferred college degree

Skills and abilities:Ā 

  • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs

  • Strong background in data analytics

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing

  • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment

The role will require walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment.

  • $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
