Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple project teams and drive overall performance across a portfolio of commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for financial results, operational consistency, team development, and client relationships.

You will serve as a key leader bridging executive leadership and project teams—ensuring projects are delivered successfully while helping scale the organization.

• Provide leadership and oversight of Project Managers, Superintendents, and teams
• Drive project profitability, forecasting, and risk management across multiple projects
• Ensure consistent execution of schedules, cost controls, and company processes
• Mentor and develop PMs and future leaders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; support project pursuits and repeat business
• Partner with preconstruction on project strategy, budgets, and planning
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all teams

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in commercial construction
• Proven experience leading multiple large-scale projects or teams
• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership
• Ability to develop teams and drive accountability
• Client-focused with strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $150,000+, based on experience
