Internship Overview

We are seeking self-driven students pursuing degrees in Construction Management who are interested in:

  • Project Management
  • Pre-Construction
  • Architecture
  • Design Build
  • Field Operations
  • Heavy Equipment/Site Work

Start and end dates are flexible based on academic schedules. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

Interns gain hands-on, real-world experience while working closely with our:

  • Carpentry & Interiors Group
  • Construction Management Group
  • Multi-Family Housing Group
  • Design Build Group
  • Special Projects Group
  • Site Group

You will collaborate with Project Management, Estimating, and Administrative teams both on-site and in the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and updating project drawings and documentation
  • Distribute drawings and project information to appropriate parties
  • Log, track, and distribute RFIs, submittals, and daily reports using project management software
  • Receive, review, and schedule on-site material deliveries
  • Assist with bid preparation, project setup, and project bidding
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College Junior or Senior pursuing a construction-related major preferred
  • Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks
  • Organized, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Located in or near the Cleveland area
