Job Description
Provide leadership, direction and assistance to construction managers, facilities users and design professionals with programs, planning, contract administration, and observations of construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or professional license in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; Or, vocational training in a construction-related field. 10 years experience managing design and construction of projects for higher education or other project types with total project budgets exceeding 10 million dollars. Of the 10 years of experience, a minimum of 5 years experience managing design and construction for projects in a higher education setting, as the owner’s representative. Specialty credentials, such as LEED AP, PMP , CEFP , or similar.
