Project Manager – Underground Utility Construction

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $100-135k + Incentives

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure timely approvals
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
  
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
  
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and cost controls
  
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations
  
• Assist with procurement, material tracking, and workforce planning
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, gas, telecom, etc.)
  
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and contract administration
  
• Proficiency in project management software (CMIC, Primavera P6, etc)
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
