We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead large, technically complex tensile structure projects. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving challenging design and field issues, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results on high-visibility projects.
Position Overview
Provides administrative, operational, and technical direction for all aspects of tensile structure construction and engineering of large, complex, commercial, industrial, sports and entertainment, and/or municipal projects. Ensures project is executed to meet or exceed design, schedule, customer satisfaction, profit and cash flow requirements by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Maintains high moral and ethical standards and conducts himself/herself in a professional manner. Shares knowledge with others in the organization. Upholds the values of Enclos Tensile Structures (ETS) and strictly maintains the company's policies and procedures.

Compensation
At the Enclos family of companies, compensation is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. The successful candidate for the Project Manager role in Dallas, TX can expect to earn $110,000 to $140,000 per year. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's incentive bonus plan.
