About the Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Energy Group – Renewables Division, supporting utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and is primarily on-site at the project location or local office.

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s core values.

This role may require travel depending on project timelines and needs. Travel frequency and duration will vary by assignment.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  2. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in renewable energy construction
  3. Utility-scale solar (PV) experience strongly preferred
  4. Proven experience managing electrical construction projects from planning through closeout
  5. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
  6. Strong knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting
  7. Experience working with union labor, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements
  8. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing project teams and develop talent
  9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
