Project Manager - Main Line & Civil/Site Construction

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with specialized expertise in Main Line and Civil/Site Construction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Main Line and Civil/Site construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for wet and dry utility installations
- Develop and manage detailed CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
- Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs, evaluate scopes, and manage the buyout process
- Plan and supervise complex technical operations including deep shoring systems, dewatering solutions, and large diameter dry bores
- Implement and direct by-pass pumping operations to maintain service during infrastructure replacements
- Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders
- Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Manage field operations for underground utility installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety protocols
- Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and stakeholder communications
- Document and organize all project information while maintaining clear communication channels
- Champion safety culture and ensure compliance across all project sites
- Provide leadership to team members and continuously pursue professional development

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in underground utilities and civil construction
- Proven expertise in wet and dry utility installations, including water transmission, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technical operations: deep excavation with shoring, dewatering systems, large diameter bores, and by-pass pumping
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, soil mechanics, and underground construction methods
- Experience with trenchless technology applications and horizontal directional drilling
- Proficient in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Building Connected)
