COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT

INTEGRATED BUILDERS GROUP (IBG) is looking for a COMMERCIAL PROJECT SITE SUPERINTENDENT in the Boise, ID area. This is your chance to join an innovative and dynamic company that’s making a real impact in commercial design-build construction.

We are looking for a proactive leader with a positive attitude, committed to building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, able to lead and organize field crews, and step in as a working supervisor if needed.  Above all, you must be reliable, integrity-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional work – a self-starter who takes ownership, exercises independent judgment and upholds strong ethical standards to consistently exceed client expectations.

Job Responsibilities 

• Take full ownership of the project jobsite, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Accountable for supervising Subcontractor and Supplier performance and quality.
• Responsible for ensuring project milestones are met according to the construction schedule.
• Review and interpret commercial construction plans and specifications.
• Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address challenges effectively.
• Ensure high quality of work while prioritizing job safety.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Must be willing and able to travel to neighboring states for future projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Effective written, verbal and conflict resolution communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project and Procore.
• Construction Management OR Engineering degree preferred.

Compensation: $75,000-$105,000
