Expression of Interest – supporting BMD’s growth and expansion  

As part of BMD’s long‑term growth strategy, we are continuing to explore opportunities to expand our operations across key local and global markets, including the United Kingdom, United States and the Philippines. Our Constructions business is also expanding our footprint in South Australia with a strong pipeline of upcoming defence projects.

To support this growth, we are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from BMD team members across the business who may be interested in future international and local opportunities as project pipelines develop in these regions.

This EOI will help us understand internal capability, experience and regional interest as BMD progresses its expansion strategy.

Who we’re looking for
This EOI is open to all BMD team members, regardless of discipline or current role. We welcome interest from individuals with experience or passion in a broad range of functions, including:

• Project delivery and site leadership
• Engineering and technical roles
• Commercial, planning and project controls
• Health, safety, environment and quality
• Corporate, support and operational roles that enable project delivery

Whether your background is site‑based, office‑based or specialist in nature, we encourage anyone interested in contributing to BMD’s future international and local presence to register their interest.

Regions of interest
As part of the EOI process, applicants will be asked to nominate their preferred region(s) of interest, including:

• United Kingdom
• United States
• Philippines
• South Australia

This information will assist BMD in planning for future capability and workforce requirements as opportunities arise.

• Submitting an EOI does not constitute a formal offer of employment or a commitment to relocate.
• Expansion will take time and will depend on market conditions, project opportunities and business strategy.
• Applicants will be kept informed as the region develops and opportunities begin to take shape.
• Should roles become available, suitable global mobility and relocation arrangements will be developed for team members who progress to confirmed positions.
