What You Will Do:

  • Lead Regional Rental Operations: Provide leadership and oversight for the rental business across all regional locations, ensuring consistency, accountability, and profitable execution.
  • Drive Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute regional rental strategies aligned with utilization, pricing, asset management, and financial goals.
  • Optimize Fleet & Assets: Manage fleet mix, utilization, maintenance standards, and asset lifecycle decisions to maximize return on investment.
  • Manage Supplier Partnerships: Lead relationships with short‑line suppliers, partnering on pricing, utilization, and profitability opportunities.
  • Champion Customer Experience: Partner with sales, rental, and store teams to ensure customer expectations are met and concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Strengthen Communication & Culture: Foster engagement and alignment through open‑book meetings, regular communication, open‑door leadership, and proactive feedback.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading teams, influencing leaders, and driving accountability across multiple locations.
  • Rental & Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of sales or rental management or related experience. Strong understanding of the rental industry, fleet economics, and asset utilization strategies.
  • Operational & Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze performance data, manage resources, and make sound business decisions.
  • Customer‑Focused Mindset: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long‑term relationships.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel around 50-75%. Frequency may vary based on regional and business needs.
  • Communication & Technology Skills: Effective verbal and written communication and strong computer skills to drive alignment and execution.
  • Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
