Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned region.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and support team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry influencers within the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to promote new products and service offerings effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, budget planning, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and enhance market presence.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, not required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Strategic, Major or National account management experience to help guide, train and direct new sales professionals to quicker success with these types of customers within their assigned territories.
- Proven history of managing and leading multiple sales professionals as a cohesive team to accomplish tremendous growth in rental revenue, new customers and market share.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Wynne System or similar and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Possess strong operational skillset to help guide and direct sales professionals to work cohesively with the operations team including Operations, Service and Inside Sales Managers to provide world class service for our customers.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work cooperatively with others, and complete work assignments efficiently.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends specific to region.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing a sales team effectively.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans that align with corporate objectives.
