Multi-Skilled Remodeling Apprentice Wanted!

We're in need of committed professionals who can offer exceptional remodeling support, prioritizing quality and client satisfaction to meet our high standards. We seek individuals with experience in various remodeling fields such as Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Electrical, and Plumbing for both residential and commercial projects.

Skills Needed:
• Experience in various aspects of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to effectively and safely use a wide range of hand and power tools commonly used in remodeling projects.
• Problem solving, Adaptability, & Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Support skilled workers in various tasks as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and available on-site for projects.
• Prepare and set-up work areas, maintain adherence to safety guidelines.
• Assist with selective demolition activities.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization on job-site and in work trailers.
• Participation in on-call, nights, & weekends, as needed.
• Dispatch for out of area storm events, as needed.
• Assist in fire, mold, water damage remediation as needed.
• Safe vehicle operation, 40-50+ hours/week.

Physical Demands:
• Medium to light labor, bending, standing, crawl for extended periods.
• Agility to climb 40’ ladders, lift 75-100 lbs.
• Work in high and/or tight spaces.
• Work in properties damaged by fire, water, mold, or storms with potential mold exposure.

Requirements:
• 2+ years remodeling/structural repair experience.
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (certifications in mitigation or related fields are a plus).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.
**MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO BACKGROUND CHECK**

**Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
