Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing high-end residential remodeling projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to understand project scope, objectives, and design intent
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a focus on high-end remodeling
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
