Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing high-end residential remodeling projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to understand project scope, objectives, and design intent
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, with a focus on high-end remodeling
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
