Nautilus Custom Homes: Finely Crafted Custom Homes
The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager. He or she will manage all aspects associated with the field construction.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and build using a Gantt chart schedule
• Provide accurate information for updates
• Complete daily job site reports
• Scheduling of subcontractors and materials, allowing long enough lead times for subs and materials to be on-site at the correct times
• Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with a minimal punch list.
• Maintain a safe work site and establish good job site housekeeping. Must maintain a CLEAN job site and observe OSHA, State, County and Community regulations
• Review shop drawings for accuracy
• Proactively problem solve
• Champion Nautilus Homes processes

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient computer skills, and Procore certification/experience
• Ability to read and understand plans from Civil drawings to Interior Design drawings
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end Clients, Project Managers, Field Operations, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers
• Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity, and meet deadlines and goals
• Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug-Free Workplace Program
