Farha Roofing is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Residential Steep Slope Service Technicians. This position focuses on residential steep slope roofing repairs and service work.

No roofing service experience? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential steep slope roof repairs and service work
• Inspect roofs and identify roofing issues or damage
• Complete shingle, flashing, ventilation, leak, and general repair work
• Safely climb ladders and work on steep slope roofs
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Document completed work and take jobsite photos
• Maintain organization of tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights and on steep slope roofs
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
