We're looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to be the welcoming face at our front counter-helping customers, supporting the sales floor, and keeping everything running smoothly.

This is a key role for someone who loves engaging with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.

• Competitive pay starts at $14-$16/hour with the potential to make up to $24/hour, including commissions with room to grow

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented approach

• Recommend pool and spa solutions based on customer needs-highlighting product features, benefits, and value

• Operate the front register accurately, handling sales transactions, returns, and inquiries with professionalism

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor-stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring inventory levels are up to date

• Support daily retail operations including receiving shipments, restocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy

• Serve as a go-to expert by learning our product lines and staying informed on seasonal promotions and solutions

• Foster a positive shopping experience by being attentive, helpful, and customer-focused at all times

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, whether that's helping a customer at the counter or resetting a display before the weekend rush

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred (bonus if you've worked in home improvement, outdoor living, or pool & spa products)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you're confident and comfortable talking with customers

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with daily tasks and responsibilities

• Positive attitude with a team-player mindset

• Comfortable using basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and able to learn inventory or CRM software

• Willingness to pitch in across departments to ensure the best customer experience possible
