What You’ll Do

This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll help homeowners navigate the restoration process while managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include:

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Guide customers through claims from start to finish
• Manage roofing projects and ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Work closely with team leads, adjusters, the admin team, and production crews
