The Opportunity

You’ll be on the front lines canvassing neighborhoods, inspecting roofs, educating homeowners on insurance claims, closing deals, and managing projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads
• Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners about insurance claims
• Present solutions and close roofing contracts
• Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams
• Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
• Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
• Valid driver’s license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide all the training you need!

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to 90 days of paid training
• Base pay + per claim pay + commission during training
• After training, uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
• First-year sales reps can earn $150K+
