About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head of Sales with a background in BIM or architectural sales to lead our US market growth. This remote position is essential to developing sales strategies, managing a regional team, and fostering client relationships in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. With your expertise in BIM and sales, you’ll play a critical role in driving impactful results and expanding our market presence in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a regional sales strategy for the US market that aligns with company goals and caters to the AEC industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team, setting targets and providing support for team growth.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of BIM and architectural needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor insights in the US market.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts, particularly focusing on BIM solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and customer support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and insights to senior management.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in a BIM or architectural firm, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BIM technologies, architectural workflows, and the AEC industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating remote sales teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and BIM-related software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SaaS and BIM software solutions.
  • Familiarity with US market dynamics and AEC industry regulations.
  • Ability to adapt strategies in response to market and client needs.
