As OxBlue continues to grow and expand, our Manager for the Enterprise Inside Sales team is vital to our continued success. You will lead our highly successful Enterprise Inside Sales team, and utilize your successful past Inside Sales leadership experience to coach and lead attainment results for a team of Inside Sales Account Executives and Account Managers. It’s paramount to establish team governance to effectively represent the high character and value of OxBlue.

You will: 
  • Utilize your results-oriented and strategic leadership to continuously guide the Enterprise Inside Sales department towards exceeding goals and quotas
  • Lead the continued and involved coaching and acumen development of our Enterprise Inside Sales professionals
  • Thrive within a fast-paced environment and be relentlessly passionate about providing a world-class client experience
  • Exceed planned sales goals 
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Manage performance of the Enterprise Inside Sales team/monitor team results 
  • Collaborate with directors of sales in order to achieve organizational goals, assist with training documents/content
  • Hire and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Inside Account Executives
  • Onboard and train new Inside Sales reps
  • Lead through Inside Sales team tool stack management and adoption
  • Successfully lead through Inside Sales rep pipeline adherence and management
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges 
  • Implementing quota attainment as directed for the team 
  • Work with Client Success teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of client experience 
  • Report on KPIs and drive activity attainment through the front-line sales team. 

You have: 
  • 3+ years’ experience effectively managing others in a phone/virtual sales environment
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quota in large brand selling environment 
  • Proven successful ability to coach and develop all sales competency levels
  • Ability to identify appropriate sales strategies and execute a sales plan 
  • Strong communication and change management skills 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (including engaging phone manner, clear emails, powerful business presentations) 
  • Mastery of necessary IT (data analytics, CRM, tools)
