Sales Product Advisor - Tullahoma Retail Showroom

We are interviewing qualified candidates for Product Advisor at our showroom in Tullahoma, TN.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances). A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred, but not required if transferable skills are demonstrated.

Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k+, based on initiative and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
  • Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
  • Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Having flexibility for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week.
