Join a dynamic and growing team as a Sales Representative in the digital imaging sector. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing candidates from various states to apply. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and be instrumental in expanding our presence across key markets in the U.S. Salary also offers commission structure beyond base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ink sales sector.
    • Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
    • Provide expert advice on product solutions to help clients choose the best options for their needs.
    • Recognize and act on upselling and cross-selling prospects within the product range.
    • Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Support:
    • Deliver outstanding pre- and post-sales support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
    • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to address and resolve client issues.
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and advancements in ink technologies.
    • Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to aid in product development and marketing strategies.
