Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners about insurance claims
• Present solutions and close roofing contracts
• Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams
• Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
• Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
• Comfortable engaging with homeowners
• Interested in building a high-income sales career

Preferred experience (not required):

• Sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, or military backgrounds
