Sales Support

FRAMECAD is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support person to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations, assisting with lead qualification and management, and helping to create proposals and quotes. This role will have the successful candidate being based ideally in or around Las Vegas, Nevada where our US office is located. Part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support the sales pipeline
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity data in CRM systems
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client needs
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
