A rapidly improving secondary school with sixth form in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and resilient Science Teacher to join their growing Science faculty from September 2026. The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4, using assessment data to adapt your teaching and drive pupil progress. You will contribute to departmental planning, support sixth form provision, and invest in the consistent relationships with pupils and families that define great teaching in this kind of school.

What the School is Looking For

This permanent Science Teacher position will suit candidates who:

• Hold British QTS through a UK-accredited teacher training programme
• Graduated with a 2:1 or above in a Science discipline from a reputable UK university
• Have classroom experience within a UK secondary school through placements or a substantive post
• Are resilient, consistent, and genuinely motivated by making a difference in a challenging and rewarding environment
• Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available

ECT applicants with a strong Science specialism and a determined mindset are welcomed provided formal UK teacher training has been completed.

Salary & Contract

Outer London MPS: £37,870 to £50,474, with UPS up to £56,154. TLR opportunities available for candidates with relevant leadership experience.
