Overview:
The Senior Construction Representative position is responsible for leading inspection services for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to design, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with contractors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee inspection services for major infrastructure projects, ensuring work meets project requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to address field issues and support project progress.
Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and traffic control requirements as applicable to the project.
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including daily reports and compliance records.
Support review and documentation of pay applications and labor compliance items as applicable to the project.
Mentor and support inspection team members, providing guidance on complex challenges and reinforcing high standards of technical excellence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
10 years of progressive construction inspection experience.
Strong technical leadership and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with construction documentation and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Reliability and dependability.
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.
