What Can You Expect

  • The Senior Human Resources Manager at Reeves Young will serve as a bridge between employees and management, facilitating clear communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction to help continue to build and maintain the Reeves Young culture. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversees the administration of Annual Performance Reviews. 

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Must have SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certifications.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working continuously in the same role at one company.
