Senior Litigation Attorney

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury and property damage law. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients and possess the skills necessary to effectively manage complex litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion and empathy to earn their trust and confidence.
• Provide regular updates to clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims critically and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Lead negotiations and settlements with superb negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Full-time commitment with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Active membership with the Florida Bar in good standing.
• At least 4+ years of First Chair trial experience as a Lead Attorney.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range from $130,000 to $200,000, plus the potential for commissions.
