The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) is seeking accomplished candidates to apply for the Senior Management Analyst position in our Construction and Design division. This position will oversee and provide lead direction in project administration for a variety of Construction and Design projects for both the DOA and tenant-owned projects managed by the DOA. Further, this position will assist the Managing Director of Construction and Design with complex administrative analysis relating to construction project schedules and stakeholder coordination, as well as other analytical functions. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers on project coordination. Additionally, this position will be responsible for grant administration, which will include developing processes consistent with relevant authority and providing training to all involved parties to ensure consistency. This position will attend a variety of meetings and represent the Construction and Design team as well as DOA.
This examination will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility List to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Employee Services.
This classification is designated exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is therefore not eligible for overtime.

Licensing and Certification: Specified positions may be required to possess a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of appointment.

Residency Requirement: Permanent employees must maintain a principal place of residency within the boundaries of Clark County and provide proof of compliance with Nevada motor vehicle registration and drivers' license laws within 90 days of employment.

Background Check: Employment with the Department of Aviation is contingent upon completion of an education/experience background investigation, a fingerprint-based criminal history record check processed by the FBI, and upon the ability to be granted a security badge as mandated by the Transportation Security Administration.
