Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with our payroll team in overseeing payroll administration ensuring accurate and timely processing each week
• Managing payroll taxes and coordinating payroll services
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions and employee status changes
• Addressing and resolving payroll related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Generating and distributing payroll reports
• Collaborating with several departments to accurate payroll processing and adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Experience with Paylocity and multi state payroll is a big plus
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 DOE.
