Senior Project Manager – Underground Utility Construction

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $120-150k + Incentives

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple underground utility projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
  
• Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation efficiently
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
  
• Ensure project budgets, costs, and resources are effectively controlled
  
• Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and company leadership
  
• Lead project teams, mentor junior project managers, and drive operational excellence
  
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, gas, telecom, etc.)
  
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale, complex projects
  
• Strong expertise in RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and contract administration
  
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
