As Senior Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our award-winning construction projects. You’ll develop and maintain detailed schedules using P6 software, collaborate with project managers and superintendents, and lead a team of schedulers. Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project schedules using P6 software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, preconstruction, marketing and other team members to gather information and align schedules with project goals.
  • Work closely with the project controls team to integrate scheduling activities across projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Superintendents on timelines and milestones.
  • Hold weekly progress meetings with project teams and the Project Superintendent.
  • Prepare schedule reports and present to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, promptly identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Regularly review and update schedules for accuracy.
  • Lead a team of schedulers, ensuring timely updates.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of scheduling activities across projects.
  • Assist in developing project plans and risk management strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling
  • Solid construction knowledge and understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and work with multiple project teams
  • Experience in managing others
  • Proficiency in P6 or other scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Certification in project scheduling or related field a plus.
