Service Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is essential to keeping our preventative maintenance program on track and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination for both customers and technicians.

What you’ll do:

• Generating preventative maintenance service orders and scheduling with customers and third-party subcontractors
• Ordering materials for PMs and coordinating follow-up visits once parts are received
• Taking service calls and scheduling technicians based on the required skill sets
• Assisting with customer requests and service-related needs
• Managing customer portals and assisting in shared duties with other coordinators

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to detail
• Basic Excel and Word skills

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Previous dispatch experience preferred in HVAC industry
