ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Leads and manages activities and overall functions of site-specific Parts, Service, Rental Departments, and facility management.
  • Organizes, structures, and manages daily business activities.
  • Builds work relationships with all site staff to maintain an efficient rental process and a high level of customer service.
  • Provides oversight and accountability for site communication, production, and efficiency.
  • Leads, directs, and motivates all levels of personnel to perform as one unit/team at site location
  • Creates and supports a culture of teambuilding, unity, and high performance
  • Responsible for site financials, strategic planning, budgeting, expenses, and strategic planning.
  • Communicates store performance to executive management team.
  • Maximizes rental revenue through fleet planning and utilization
  • Forecasts income and equipment usage.
  • Communicates equipment needs and recommendations for acquiring/purchase.
  • Reviews inventory reports to ensure accuracy and fleet availability
  • Reviews daily equipment pick up report
  • Manages equipment repair status report
  • Maintains quality control standards by conducting periodic audits of equipment.
  • Conducts daily store and safety meetings.
  • Participates in the interviewing and hiring of employees with department managers.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining store’s camera and security systems.
  • Manages outside hauling to increase efficiency and manage expenses.
  • Assist the HSE and HR departments with all accident/incident investigations and safety reporting.

  • Performs other duties as requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years operations support or management experience in equipment rental business preferred.
